• Offering support and guidance in dealing with a complicated or challenging academic situation

Staff can provide support for the UO advising community in the following ways:

• Coordinating Advising Case Management, including Academic Concern Reports
• Offering advisor training, professional development, and resources
• Offering guidance on policy and individual student situations
• Coordinating campus-wide orientation advising
