Can I drop (withdraw)/change grade option after the term has ended?
Students seeking an exception to university drop (withdraw)/grade option deadlines after a term has ended must obtain a petition to the Scholastic Review Committee from the Office of Academic Advising (364 Oregon Hall). There is a three-year time limit. Exceptions are typically considered only under extreme or highly unusual circumstances. APPROVAL IS NOT GUARANTEED.


REFUND PETITION POLICY

Requests for exception to the university refund schedule on individual courses (not complete withdrawal) are made through the Office of the Registrar (220 Oregon Hall).

Requests for exception to the university refund schedule on complete withdrawal are made through the Office of Academic Advising (364 Oregon Hall) and are limited to one year after the term you did a complete withdrawal.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE UNIVERSITY REFUND SCHEDULE ARE EXTREMELY RARE. APPROVAL IS NOT GUARANTEED.
