- DECLARE your Pre-Health objective by emailing arwens@uoregon.edu. This lets us contact you with vital information AND it may make you eligible for scholarship money. Changing or undeclaring your objective is easy. Just email the address above. Please include your UO ID number specify one of these objectives:
